IMPORTANT: If you have any recurring payments on your card, please contact those merchants to update your payment information to avoid a declined payment as card numbers have changed.
You must ACTIVATE this card and set the PIN prior to using it.
There are two easy ways to activate your card starting on Monday, October 19th:
By calling the number listed on the label affixed to your card: 1-888-227-3096
Choose option 1 to activate the card
Choose option 2 to set the PIN
By calling 773-769-6868 or going into your local branch during regular business hours.
As a customer of American Metro Bank, you have access to any Citibank® branch ATM in the United States with no surcharges for withdrawals.
